Qualifications  and Eligibility

Category 1 seeks experienced Industrial Professionals with 5+ years in Marketing and Export Promotion of Spices, Agriculture, or FMCG products. They must hold an MBA or equivalent, possess strong communication skills, and be under 63 years old.

Category 2 invites retired Govt. Officials from Central/State entities with 5+ years in Marketing and Export Promotion of spices or agricultural commodities. Eligibility includes retirement at specific pay levels and an age limit of under 63 years.

Monthly Remuneration 

  • Category 1: Rs.50,000/- per month fixed

  • Category 2: Level 8-10 of the Pay Matrix: Rs 40,000/- per month (fixed), Level 11 : Rs 50,000/-per month (fixed) and Level 12 & 13 : Rs 60,000/- per month (fixed)

Selection Procedure

Selection will be based on the qualification, experience and performance in the interview.
