However, the government has been releasing different relief measures for farmers, daily wage earners and workers amid this crisis period to lessen their pain through different schemes. Moreover, the government has announced big relief measures for KCC holding farmers and PM-KISAN beneficiaries amid 3.0 nationwide lockdown.
Permission to use 10% of the amount in domestic expenditure
In such a situation, the government is making every effort to help the farmers financially. Sharing information on the official website, the RBI said that farmers who use the credit card can use the card to meet the needs of the household. The Reserve Bank of India has allowed 10% of the loans taken on the Kisan Credit Card to be used for domestic expenditure.
Rs. 1.60 lakh will be the limit
In this credit card, customers get an auto limit of up to Rs 1.60 lakh. Also, if the crop of any account holder is worth more than this, they can make a credit card for a higher amount. You need to fill up every information regarding your crops and land.
