The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) has released the most-awaited admission schedule for new academic session - 2019-20 on its official website – www.kvsangathan.nic.in.
As per the notification issued by KVS, the advertisement regarding admission will be released in the last week of February 2019. Hence parents must keep checking the website regularly for the latest update. The online registration process for Class 1 will begin on 1st March at 8am onwards and will end on 19th March at 4pm. The first provisionally list of the selected children for class 1 will be released on 26th March, the second list will be announced on 9th April and the third list will be put on 23rd April – only if any seat remains vacant.
On the other hand, the registration procedure for admission in Class 2 and above (excluding class 11), subject to availability of seats, will begin from 2nd April and end on 9th April during normal school hours. The results of all these classes will be declared in the month of April – most probably in between 12th to 20th.

The notice further stated that the list of children registered, list of eligible children, category-wise list of provisionally selected children, waiting list and subsequent lists have to be compulsorily displayed on the web-site of concerned Kendriya Vidyalayas, in addition to display on school’s notice board. And if by chance any of the day is a public holiday then the next working day will be treated as opening or closing day.
