The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the much-awaited annual examination calendar for the year 2019. The IBPS calendar contains the list of examinations for various posts like probationary officers, specialist officers, clerks, office assistants, etc. According to the calendar, the first examination will be for the position of officer scale I and office assistants. And the preliminary exam for the same will be held in the month of August from 3 to 4; 11, 17, 18 and then on 25. Probable applicants can check the examination calendar on the official website of the institution – www.ibps.in.
The institution will also conduct single exam for post of officer scale II and scale III on 22, September 2019. According to the schedule, the exam for officer scale I (main) will also be held on 22, September. While the main examination for the post of office assistants will be on 29 September.

The recruitment exam for the post of probationary officers (PO) will begin in the month of October. The process will start from 12 October and will continue till 20 October 20, 2019.
The exam for the post of Clerks and Specialists officers will be held in the month of December, which will start from 7 December and end on 28 December.
In 2018, the IBPS had released around 4252 vacancies for probationary officers for all over India. The online registration for the same had started in August and the preliminary examination was held in October.

As per the official notification, the registration process will be conducted through online mode only. In addition, there will be a single registration window for the preliminary as well as mains exams, which implies that applicants will not have to register again for the main exams.
