IMD forecasts heavy rainfall in Gujarat till 27^th July

The India Meteorological Department has issued forecast of heavy rainfall in Gujarat till 27^th July Friday. Starting from the southern districts of Valsad, Navsari & Dang on Friday & Saturday heavy rainfall is expected to cover the remaining parts of the state in the following days.

IMD predicts heavy to very heavy rains over UP on 25^th & 26^th July

The India Meteorological Department predicted heavy to very heavy rains in Uttar Pradesh on 25^th & 26^th July. As per IMD scattered to fairly widespread rains would also occur over the plains of northwest India in the next three days.

Heavy to very heavy rains at the isolated places are likely in the districts of South Gujarat region namely Surat, Bharuch, Navsari and in Daman, Dadra Nagar Haveli and in the districts of Saurashtra namely Junagadh, Porbandar & Dwarka are likely in the districts of Patan, Banaskantha, Sabarkantha, Mehsana, Chhota Udepur, Anand, Dangs, Narmada & Tapi and also in the districts of Saurashtra namely Bhavnagar, Rajkot & Amreli.

Fairly widespread rain with isolated heavy falls is likely in Himachal Pradesh & Uttarakhand on 23^rd July and enhanced rainfall activity with isolated heavy rains on 25^th & 26^th July.

IMD predicted heavy to very heavy rainfall might occur over Konkan, Goa an isolated place of Odisha, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Vidarbha, ghat areas of Telangana, Madhya Pradesh coastal areas of Kerala, Karnataka, Uttarakhand, Mahe, west Uttar Pradesh, west Bengal, east Rajasthan, Jharkhand, Assam Meghalaya, Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Puducherry, Karaikal & Tamil Nadu.
