India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued multiple warnings of intensified monsoon activity across the country, triggered by several active weather systems. Monsoon trough remains active, while two separate low-pressure systems have strengthened, one has intensified into a depression over the central parts of north Rajasthan, and the other persists as a well-marked low-pressure area over north Jharkhand and adjoining south Bihar. As a result, widespread rain, thunderstorms, and isolated heavy to very heavy rainfall are likely to continue over Rajasthan and parts of East and Central India during the next 2–3 days. Here are the detailed regional forecasts.
Northwest India: Widespread Rainfall with Very Heavy Showers in Parts

The IMD urges residents, especially in high-alert zones, to stay updated and exercise caution.
