As the monsoon steadily advances, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued fresh alerts for widespread rainfall, thunderstorms, gusty winds, and heatwaves across various regions of the country in upcoming days. Multiple weather systems are influencing conditions over different parts of India, leading to varying patterns of precipitation and temperature. Here are the details

The southern peninsula is expected to see consistent rainfall over the coming week due to multiple weather systems including a cyclonic circulation over North Interior Karnataka and a trough from the Arabian Sea to Coastal Odisha.
