In regions facing heatwave conditions like Rajasthan, Delhi, and parts of Central India, it is important to stay hydrated, avoid outdoor activities during peak afternoon hours, and care for vulnerable groups like children and the elderly.  Stay updated with IMD alerts and take all necessary precautions.
