Residents across India are advised to stay updated with local weather alerts issued by the IMD. Those living in areas expecting heavy to extremely heavy rainfall should avoid waterlogged zones, stay indoors during thunderstorms, and secure loose items.
In regions facing heatwave conditions like Rajasthan, Delhi, and parts of Central India, it is important to stay hydrated, avoid outdoor activities during peak afternoon hours, and care for vulnerable groups like children and the elderly. Stay updated with IMD alerts and take all necessary precautions.
