The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued multiple weather alerts for various regions across the country as active weather systems are expected to trigger thunderstorms, heavy rains, gusty winds, hailstorms, and duststorms till May 11.

Northwest, Central, West, and South India are likely to witness intense weather activity, while temperatures in East and Central India are set to rise gradually. Delhi-NCR is expected to remain cloudy with light rain and below-normal temperatures over the next few days. Here are the details

Northwest India: Thunderstorms, Hailstorms and Duststorms Expected

Several weather systems including western disturbances and troughs are expected to cause significant rainfall and storm activity in Northwest India. Light to moderate rainfall is expected almost daily in many areas.
