A fresh Western Disturbance is expected to affect the Western Himalayan region from March 9, leading to isolated to scattered light/moderate rainfall and snowfall over Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit-Baltistan, Muzaffarabad, and Himachal Pradesh on March 9 and 10, with Uttarakhand likely to be affected on March 10.
