UKPSC Upper PCS 2025 Exam: Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) is set to release the admit cards for the Uttarakhand Combined State Civil/Upper Subordinate Services Preliminary Examination 2025, commonly referred to as the Upper PCS Exam, today, 18 June 2025. Candidates who have successfully registered and submitted their applications will be able to download their admit cards from the official UKPSC website at psc.uk.gov.in once the link is activated.
The Upper PCS Preliminary Examination will take place on Sunday, 29 June 2025. The exam will be held in two shifts across 24 centres located in 13 districts of Uttarakhand. The first shift, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon, will be for the General Studies paper, while the second shift, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, will cover the General Aptitude Test.
This highly anticipated examination is part of a recruitment drive aimed at filling 123 vacancies across multiple government departments in the state. The recruitment includes a wide range of posts such as Deputy Collector, Superintendent of Police, Finance Officers, Assistant Directors, Deputy Registrars, and State Tax Officers. Other posts include Assistant Municipal Commissioner, Works Officer in the Panchayati Raj Department, and Deputy Education Officers in the School Education Department. The application process for these posts began on 7 May 2025 and was conducted entirely online.
Candidates appearing for the exam should be aware that the admit card will not be sent via post and must be downloaded from the official website. It is mandatory to carry a printed copy of the admit card along with a valid photo ID to the examination centre. The UKPSC has clearly stated that no requests for changes in examination centres will be entertained. Moreover, candidates must follow all instructions printed on the admit card and ensure timely arrival at their designated centres.
