Unique Identification Authority of India has launched an exciting nationwide competition inviting creative minds across the country to design an official mascot for Aadhaar. The contest, hosted on the MyGov platform, will accept entries until October 31, 2025.
The initiative aims to create a memorable visual ambassador that will represent UIDAI's mission and make its communication more accessible to people of all ages. The mascot is expected to embody the fundamental principles of Aadhaar, trust, inclusivity, empowerment, and digital innovation, while reflecting its commitment to service, security, and accessibility.
Who Can Participate
The competition is open to all Indian citizens, both individuals and teams. Participants can submit one original mascot design through the dedicated MyGov contest page. Each entry must include a creative concept note explaining the design rationale and a proposed name for the mascot.

The authority has announced attractive rewards for winning entries: the first prize carries Rs 50,000, followed by Rs 30,000 for second place and Rs 20,000 for third place. All winners will receive certificates of recognition. Additional prizes will be awarded for the best mascot names.
