The University Grants Commission (UGC) National Eligibility Test (NET) June 2021 online registration process has been reopened by National Testing Agency (NTA). Candidates can apply for the UGC NET 2021 till 5th September.
Students from Industries or Agriculture Sector can also apply for UGC-NET 2021 through the official website.
The online registration & submission of the application form can be done through NTA https://ugcnet.nta.nic.in
The candidates, who have registered for the UGC-NET for December 2020 cycle but have not been able to complete the application process, can also complete & submit the application form online.
The official notice says “Due to the postponement of December 2020 UGC-NET in view of the Covid-19 pandemic, the schedule of June 2021 UGC-NET has been delayed. In order to regularize UGC-NET cycle of examination, the National Testing Agency along with the concurrence of UGC, has merged both UGC-NET of December 2020 & June 2021 cycle. So that they both can be conducted together in CBT mode. The Application process id therefore being reopened for new applicants to fill in & submit their forms.
As per schedule, the UGC-NET 2021 will be held from 6th October to 11th October 2021.
How to Apply Online

Step 1: Register for Online Registrations by using your Email ID & Mobile number & note down the system generated Application Number.

Step 2: Complete the Online Application Form & note down system generated Application Number.

Step 3: Upload the legible scanned images of recent photograph either in color or black & white photography with 80% face visible including ears against the white background. Signature of a candidate.

Step 4: Pay fee by using the Payment Gateways/Payment Modes of concerned Banks/Pay tm integrated to Online Application & keep the proof of fee paid.
Exam Pattern of UGC-NET 2021

The test will be consisting of two papers. Both papers will consist of objective type, multiple choice questions. There won’t be any break between the papers.

The medium of Question paper shall be only in English and Hindi.

Each question carries 2 marks.

There is no negative marking for the incorrect response.

Correction in particulars in the application for: From 7th September to 12th September .

Downloading of the admit card from NTA website: To be announced later on the website.

Timing of examination: First Shift is from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and Second Shift is from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
