Eligibility and Age Criteria
To apply, candidates must have passed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognized board. Those applying for the DEO/DEO Grade ‘A’ positions in certain ministries must have studied Science with Mathematics.
Candidates must be between 18 and 27 years old as on January 1, 2026. Those born before January 2, 1999 or after January 1, 2008 are not eligible. However, government rules allow age relaxation for candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen categories.
Application Fee Details
The application fee is Rs 100 for General, EWS, and OBC candidates. However, women candidates and candidates from SC, ST, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen categories are exempt from paying the fee. The online fee can be paid up to July 19, 2025, via the portal.
