SBI Foundation has announced the launch of its Platinum Jubilee Asha Scholarship 2025-26, one of India’s biggest education support programs for students from economically weaker backgrounds. The scheme aims to ensure that financial barriers do not prevent meritorious students from pursuing quality education.
The scholarship is open for a wide range of categories including school students (Classes 9–12), undergraduates, postgraduates, medical students, IIT and IIM scholars, and even overseas students.
SBI Platinum Jubilee Asha Scholarship: Benefits and Eligibility
Selected candidates will receive financial support ranging from Rs 15,000 to Rs 20 lakh, depending on their level of study. The scholarship is renewable every year, provided students meet the minimum academic performance criteria.

Application Process
Applications for the 2025-26 academic year opened on September 19, 2025, and will close on November 15, 2025. The process is entirely online, beginning with registration through email, mobile, or Google account, followed by filling in details, uploading documents, and submitting the completed form.
Students are required to upload key documents including previous year’s marksheets, government-issued ID, proof of income, fee receipts, admission records, and bank details. Caste certificates are mandatory wherever applicable.
