Customers of SBI Bank, here we have some important news for you. On September 3, the bank revealed a new scheme for the customers. As of the update, bank customers can anytime, anywhere, open an SBI Insta Plus Savings Bank Account online through Video KYC.
According to SBI, the bank account can be opened through the online app YONO also. Additionally, it included video instructions on how to open a savings account.
On Twitter, the bank said, “You may open a #SavingsAccount with us without going to the bank. You may create a savings account ANYTIME and ANYWHERE thanks to the brand-new KYC video function, which streamlines the procedure. Apply now on YONO!”
According to SBI's updates, customers can open an SBI Insta Plus Savings Bank Account through Video KYC (know your customer), and the entire procedure is paperless, requiring no branch visits.
Customers should be aware that only physical PAN cards and Aadhaar information are required to open an account.
Some features of the new scheme:

Through the YONO app, SBI bank customers will be able to send money using NEFT, IMPS, and UPI.

For the opening of the account, a Rupay classic card will be provided.

The Yono app, internet banking, and mobile banking will all be available to customers (24×7), according to the bank.

The customer has access to SBI Quick Missed Call and SMS Alerts.

They can take advantage of the account transfer feature offered by Internet Banking.

The bank also stated that all other service fees will follow the current service fees that apply to Regular Savings Bank Accounts.
