As per sources, the State Bank of India will declare the result of SBI clerk prelims examination this weekend. Though there is no latest update regarding the declaration of SBI clerk prelims results, but an official from the bank had earlier told that the results will be released on 19 July 2019.
Applicants who have appeared in the clerk exam can check their result through the official website of the State Bank of India - sbi.co.in.
The SBI Clerk Mains examination will be held on 10 August, 2019.
In order to check SBI Clerk result 2018, the applicants need to keep their registration number or roll number ready so that as soon as the results are announced they can check their status.
How to check SBI Clerk Prelims 2019?
Step 1 - Log on to SBI’s official website – sbi.co.in
Step 2 - Then click on the careers tab
Step 3 - Tap SBI Clerk Prelims result link
Step 4 - A PDF file will open displaying the roll numbers of qualified applicants.
Step 5 - Download the SBI results and take a printout for future reference.
The SBI preliminary exam or Prelims was held on 22 and 23 June. The exam was objective in nature consisting of 100 marks. The duration of the Prelims was one hour and it consisted 3 sections - English Language (30 questions) of 30 marks, Numerical Ability (35 questions) & Reasoning Ability (35 questions) of 35 marks each.
Those who clear the SBI clerk preliminary exam will have to appear in the main exam. The tentative date for SBI clerk main exam is 10th August and the call letter for main exam can be downloaded from the last week of July. The number of applicants selected for the main exam is approximately ten times the number of vacancy in that category.
