The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has officially released the admit cards for the Rajasthan State and Subordinate Services Combined Competitive (Prelims) Examination today on January 30, 2025. Candidates can access and download their admit cards from the official website, rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in, as well as the SSO portal at sso.rajasthan.gov.in. The district examination center details were released earlier.
The RPSC RAS Prelims examination is scheduled to be held on February 2, 2025, from 12 PM to 3 PM. Candidates can check important details such as the exam center location, instructions for exam day, and other relevant information on their admit cards. The commission has instructed all candidates to arrive at the exam center well in advance.
Entry into the examination hall will be permitted up to 60 minutes before the start of the test. Additionally, all candidates must undergo a security check before entering the examination hall.
The prelims examination consists of a single paper featuring objective-type questions, carrying a total of 200 marks. The difficulty level of the paper will be equivalent to that of a bachelor’s degree standard.
Candidates are required to bring a printed copy of their admit card along with their original Aadhar card (in color) to the exam venue. If the photograph on the Aadhar card is outdated or unclear, an alternative ID proof such as a driver's license, passport, or voter ID with a recent and clear photograph must be presented. Furthermore, a recent passport-size color photograph must be affixed to the admit card.
Candidates who score above the cut-off marks in the prelim’s examination will qualify for the mains exam. To be eligible for the personality and viva voce examination, candidates must secure a minimum of 10 percent marks in each paper and an aggregate of 15 percent in the mains examination.
