Under Rozgar Mela, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will distribute approximately 71,000 appointment letters to newly inducted recruits via video conferencing on November 22nd at 10:30 a.m. On this occasion, the Prime Minister will also address these appointees.
The Rozgar Mela is a step toward fulfilling the Prime Minister's commitment to prioritizing job creation. The Rozgar Mela is expected to serve as a catalyst for additional job creation and directly provide meaningful youth empowerment opportunities and participation in national development.
Earlier this month, 75,000 newly inducted appointees were given appointment letters under Rozgar Mela. Physical copies of the appointment letters will be distributed to the new appointees at 45 locations across the country (except Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh).
In addition to the positions previously filled, teachers, lecturers, nurses, nursing officers, doctors, pharmacists, radiographers, and other technical and paramedical positions are being filled. The Ministry of Home Affairs fills many Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) positions.
In addition, the Prime Minister will unveil the Karmayogi Prarambh module. The module is an online orientation course for all new government appointees in various departments.
It will include a code of conduct for government employees, workplace ethics and integrity policies, human resource policies, and other benefits and allowances to help them adjust to the policies and transition smoothly into their new roles.
They will also be able to explore other courses on the igotkarmayogi.gov.in platform to improve their knowledge, skills, and competencies.
