The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has officially released the admit cards for the upcoming Grade ‘B’ Preliminary Examination. Scheduled for September 8, 2024, this exam is a crucial step for candidates aiming to secure a position through the RBI Grade B Recruitment 2024. Registered candidates can now download their admit cards from the official RBI website at opportunities.rbi.org.in.
The Preliminary Examination for the General category will consist of 200 questions, each carrying one mark, across four sections: General Awareness, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning. The exam will be conducted online and will last for two hours, with each section having a specific time limit. For the DEPR and DSIM categories, the preliminary exams are scheduled for September 14, 2024.
Candidates who advance to the Mains examination will face three papers: Economics and Social Issues (both Objective and Subjective), English Written Skills, and General Finance and Management (both Objective and Subjective).The Mains test will cover a wide range of topics and carry a total of 300 marks.
The application window for this exam was open from July 25 to August 16, 2024. A total of 94 vacancies have been announced under this recruitment drive.
Candidates should remember to bring their admit cards and a valid ID to the exam center. The notification specifies that the time and venue details will be provided on the admit card itself.
