Beneficiaries will now be able to link their ration cards with Aadhaar by June 30, 2022. If you have not yet linked your ration card with Aadhaar, then hurry up. The Dept of Food and Public Distribution has given this information by issuing a notification for this. Let us tell you that earlier its last date was ending on 31 March.

For this, first go to the official website uidai.gov.in.

Here you have to fill in your address.

After this click on the option of 'Ration Card Benefit'.

Now enter your Aadhar card number, ration card number, e-mail address, mobile number, etc.

After filling it, an OTP will come on your registered mobile number.

After filling the OTP, you will get the message of process completion on your screen.

As soon as all this process is completed, your Aadhaar will be linked with your ration card.
Link Aadhaar & Ration Card Offline:
In order to link the Aadhar card with the ration card, the documents required are the copy of the Aadhar card, the copy of the ration card and the passport size photograph of the ration card holder to be submitted at the ration card centre. Apart from this, biometric data verification of your Aadhar card can also be done at the ration card centre.
