As New Year 2022, is not so far, there are many people who are planning their holidays in the upcoming year. At the same time, the Central government has released the list of public holidays, which is to be observed in the year 2022.
According to the government’s list, there are 16 gazetted holidays & 30 restricted holidays for the upcoming years.
The central government administrative offices located outside the National capital shall observe a total of 14 holidays compulsorily in addition to 3 holidays to be chosen from 12 optional holidays. Among 14 holidays are as follows:
