PPSC Recruitment 2021: Apply for 353 Veterinary Officer Posts; Salary More Than Rs.46000

The Punjab Public Service Commission has issued a job advertisement for a Veterinary Officer (Group-A). A total of 353 vacant positions are being filled through the recruitment process. The Department of Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, and Dairy Development, Government of Punjab, is hiring a Veterinary Officer (Group-A). • Last Date of Fee Deposit: 20th December 2021 

Veterinary Officer Salary:  

After final selection, the candidate would be paid Rs.47,600 per month as a Veterinary Officer. 

Age Limit (as of January 1, 2021) 

The following is the age limit for the position of Veterinary Officer: 

• The minimum age is 18 years. 

• The maximum age is 37 years. 

Age Relaxation: 

Required Education Qualification: 

• Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry from a university recognized by the Veterinary Council of India. 

• Candidates should be registered with the Punjab Veterinary Council if they are interested. 

• Matric or equivalent level of Punjabi is required. 

The commission has also stated that the candidates MUST have the necessary qualifications before or by December 10, 2021. 

Application and Examination Fee: 

• SC/ST of all States and Backward Classes of Punjab State only: Rs.750 

• Ex-Serviceman of Punjab state only: Rs.500 

• Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), Persons with Disabilities (PWD) and Lineal Descendants of Ex-Serviceman (LDESM) Punjab: Rs.500 

• All Other Categories i.e., General, Sports Persons of Punjab and Wards of Freedom Fighters, Punjab: Rs.1500
