The 13th installment of PM Kisan Scheme worth Rs 16800 was released by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Belagavi Karnataka on February 27.
Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana has benefited crores of farmers by providing financial assistance of Rs. 6000 per year. The money is transferred to eligible farmers in three equal instalments of Rs 2000 each.
Farmers who have not received the 13th installment must check if the details like name, mobile number, bank account number etc., entered by them in the application form is correct and similar to Aadhaar details. Below we have given step-by-step process to edit/update Aadhaar details;
PM Kisan: How to Edit Name in Accordance with Aadhaar?
Firstly, go to PM Kisan official website
Look for Farmers Corner on the home page
Then click on Edit Aadhaar Failure Records (Name Correction as Per Aadhaar Card)
The submitted Aadhaar number will be checked and confirmed by the application against the database. If Aadhaar number is already in use then system will ask you to confirm (Yes or No) whether you want to edit the name.
If Aadhaar number is not in the record, a message will be displayed saying that "The database does not contain the entered Aadhaar number. For more details, get in touch with the district or village level officer."
If you click on "yes", farmer details will be appear on the screen which will include Farmer Name, Aadhaar Number, Registration Number, Mobile Number, Sub-district Village.
Now click the e-KYC link, and complete your details.
PM Kisan database will be updated with the details retrieved from Aadhaar. The database will be updated with information such as Name, Gender, DoB, Address, Mobile Number as per Aadhaar.
Lastly, the status of Aadhaar seeding can be checked via NPCI following the successful completion of e-KYC. Your records will be forwarded for further processing. If the Aadhaar seeding status says "No," then you will get a notification about seeding the Aadhaar number with a bank account.
