Bharatiya Janata Party’s Kisan Morcha will begin its on-ground activities for 2024 Lok Sabha elections from February 24, the day when Modi government’s PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana will complete four years.
As per reports, the Bharatiya Janata Party on February 24, will organize Kisan Sammelan to reach out farmers across the country.
Kisan Morcha members will also interact with the farmers taking benefit of PM Kisan Yojana during the Kisan Sammelan. They will inform farmers about the achievements of Central government.
BJP Kisan Morcha Chief Rajkumar Chahar told media that “In this budget, our government has set a target of reaching to one crore farmers. On the occasion of completion of four years of Pradhan Mantri Samman Nidhi Yojana on 24 February, we will organize dialogue & Kisan Sammelan programs with the beneficiaries of PM Kisan and also take their feedback.”
It is important to mention that as part of a training program to reach out to farmers connected with Kisan morcha, several teams were formed in Delhi. It was decided to conduct a public awareness tour in 1 lakh villages of the country.
A member of BJP Kisan Morcha said Kisan Morcha has been asked to begin a door-to-door campaign to reach out to the beneficiaries of farmer-friendly schemes being run by Modi-led Central Government.
Also, to promote natural farming in India, programs like Padyatras and seminars will be conducted by the Morcha.
Another campaign will be run to connect farmer with different methods of organic farming on river banks.
It will be launched by Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar and BJP President JP Nadda at Shukrtal in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh by February end or March first week.
PM Kisan 13th installment Date
The much-awaited 13th installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi is likely to be released before Holi, most probably by end of this month.
