Education Qualification Required for PESB ONGC Jobs 2022
The applicant must have a Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Personnel Management/ Human Resource Management, or a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA)/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Program in Management (PGDM/ PGPM) from a recognized university/institute, with an excellent academic record.
Experience:
The applicant should have at least five years of experience in various parts of HR/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations in a reputable organization over the last ten years.
Age Limit for PESB Jobs 2022:
The age of superannuation is 60 years:
For Internals: The minimum age is 45 years & the maximum age is 2 years residual service as on the date of the vacancy w.r.t. the date of superannuation.
For Others: The minimum age is 45 years and the maximum age is 3 years residual service as on the date of vacancy w.r.t. the date of superannuation.
Salary Package of PESB ONGC Recruitment Drive:
The salary offered by PESB ONGC is Max Rs 180000-340000 (IDA)
Internal candidates must have served one year in the eligible scale, while others must have served two years as of the vacancy date.
