Union Minister for Fisheries, Animal Husbandry, and Dairying Parshottam Rupala on Friday, December 8, was invited to the Millionaire Farmer of India Awards as the chief guest at IARI. "Mr Rupala has taken time from his busy schedule ahead of the Parliamentary session especially to award the Richest Farmer of India Award," said the Founder and editor-in-chief, Krishi Jagran, MC Dominic.
He gave away the awards to the Millionaire Farmer of India Award (Male) to Dr Rajaram Tripathi and the Millionaire Farmer of India Award (Female) Rathnamma Gundamanttha. The winners have also received a free seven-day trip to Brazil by Brazilian Government H.E. Ambassador Kenneth Nóbrega. The trip is sponsored by APEXBRASIL.
Appreciating MC Dominic, Founder and editor-in-chief, Krishi Jagran, and Shiny Dominic, Managing Director, for bringing industrialists, farmers, policymakers, and foreign delegates under the same roof, Union Minister for Fisheries, Animal Husbandry, and Dairying Parshottam Rupala said, "This is a new India created by Mr and Mrs Dominic, who have taken the initiative of MFOI."

He concluded the session by saying, "This is the time and is the right time" to do anything productive in the country.
