In today’s time, every other service is now available over the internet, so is the booking of LPG cylinders. Recently, various gas agencies are offering online booking of cylinders via WhatsApp. One such agency is Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL).
BPCL has started the service of gas booking through WhatsApp. One of the world’s most used social messaging apps WhatsApp, which has been used for easy communication, has now become a tool for businesses and services to connect with their customers for various purposes. With this service, BPCL, the country’s second-largest oil company, provides ease of booking gas to its customers.
Easiest Way to Book BPCL Cylinder via WhatsApp

To book your BPCL cylinder via WhatsApp, customers will have to add WhatsApp number 1800224344 to their contact list.

After this, you have to send 'Hi' to this number on WhatsApp.

Now, you will receive a response from Bharat Gas, which will ask you to press '1' or type 'Book' for gas booking. You can choose any of these two options.

As soon as you do this, your gas cylinder will be booked and delivered directly to your registered address.
Apart from WhatsApp, the facility of gas booking is also available through IVRS as before. Customers who do not know or do not use WhatsApp can avail this facility.
