Job Description:
Name of Position: HR Business Partner (Senior Consultant)

Method of Recruitment: Contract based through Open Market
Age Limit: Candidates should be below 62 years of age as of the date of advertisement.
Period of Contract: 2 years
Pay Scale: Rs, 2,65,000 to Rs. 3,30,000
Last Date to Apply- 16 September 2022
Qualification Required: Doctorate/ Masters/ Post Graduate Diploma (2 Years) in Management/ Behavioral Sciences
Required Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in HR-related matters in large organizations, in senior leadership positions
Note that the experience of internship/ training (paid or unpaid) will not be considered.
Job responsibility:
To meet organizational objectives, the individual consultant will be in charge of developing HR policies, programs, procedures, and guidelines related to hiring, selecting, training, career planning, performance appraisal, executive development, etc. The term "recruitment" refers to all forms of hiring that NITI Aayog manages, whether from the public or private sector. This includes resource planning through the creation of a recruitment calendar, publication of job openings in newspapers, screening of applications, and holding meetings of the Selection Committee.
