The Centre for Marketing & Promotion of Rural Products, Entrepreneurship Development (CMPRPED), NIRDPR Delhi Branch is organizing a national workshop for deliberating the scope of ‘Export Marketing of Handicraft and Handloom Products’ from 14th to 15th May 2024 at Casuarina Hall, IHC, Lodhi Road, New Delhi. The Ministry of Rural Development and the prestigious National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (NIRDPR) have created a good opportunity for rural producers, artisans, and Self-Help Groups (SHGs). NIRDPR is taking a big leap to export rural products of SHGs. The ardent quest to establish a thriving export market for the exquisite products crafted by industrious SHGs is about to embark on a momentous journey.
Throughout the realm, marketing the fruits of these flourishing SHGs has often been a thorny issue. Many Rural Entrepreneur and Producer Groups find themselves confined to local sales or the transient bustle of fairs. To dispel this constraint, the CMPRPED, NIRDPR Delhi Branch, is organizing the workshop. This illustrious gathering will convene to discern the boundless potential of exporting handicrafts and handloom products.
