National Health Mission has declared a huge job opportunity for more than 5000 vacant posts. The interested and eligible candidates can apply for the vacancies published for Community Health Officer (CHO).
The application form is invited by the National Health Mission (NHM), Maharashtra. Though, candidates will have to appear for the 6 to 8-month certificate programme for the post of Community Health Officer.
Eligible applicants who will successfully complete the training period will then be posted as the Community Health Officers in health and welfare centers of Maharashtra.

Interested and eligible candidates applying for the post of NHM Community Health Officer can submit their application form till 1st July 2019 by visiting the official website of NHM Maharashtra.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates having a degree of Bachelors in Ayurvedic Medicine or Bachelors in Unani Medicine or Bachelors in Nursing, can apply for the posts.
Selection procedure:
Candidates will be selected for NH, Certificate Programme in Community Health by entrance examination which will be held by the National Health Mission, Maharashtra on July 21.
Salary Details:
Selected Candidates for the training will get Rs. 10,000/- per month during the Certificate Programme. After selection for the post of CHO at Sub-Centre, candidates will be paid Base Salary of Rs. 25,000/- per month consolidated + Performance based incentive upto Rs.15000/- as decided by government norms.
