It is the document without which the benefit of any government scheme cannot be availed. Many new problems can arise, if you lose your Aadhar card. Keeping this in mind, UIDAI has made a big announcement. After which now it will be easier than ever to make & update your Aadhar card.
UIDAI’s New Announcement

UIDAI is going to open 166 new centers in 122 cities.

After the opening of these centers, people will be able to get a new Aadhar card made easily, as well as update their old Aadhar card.

The best thing is to book your time well in advance, so that you do not have to wait too long.

UIDAI has already opened 55 Seva Kendra’s out of which, 166 are Aadhar Seva Kendra’s.

These new Aadhar Seva Kendra’s are in addition to 52 thousand Aadhar Enrollment Centers.

At present these Aadhar Seva Kendra’s are operated by the banks, state government & post offices.

So far, 70 lakh people have been resolved through these Aadhar related problems.
How Much Money to Pay

Model A's Aadhar Seva Kendra’s have a daily capacity of 1,000 enrollments.

Whereas Model B's Aadhar Seva Kendra’s have the capacity to do 500 enrollments per day.

Model C's Aadhar Seva Kendra’s have 250 enrollments per day.

It works here from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. While they remain closed on government holidays.

If you talk about money, then you will have to pay Rs 50 for the change of address, name & Rs 100 for biometric update.
