What is a City Intimation Slip?
The City Intimation Slip tells students which city their exam center is located in. It helps them plan their travel and stay in advance. However, this slip does not contain the full address of the exam center. The exact exam venue, reporting time, and other instructions will be provided later in the official admit card, which is expected to be released by May 1, 2025.

How to Download NEET UG 2025 City Intimation Slip
Students can download the city intimation slip by following these simple steps:
Step 1: Visit the official NEET NTA website: https://neet.nta.nic.in/
Step 2: Click on the link that says “Download NEET UG 2025 City Intimation Slip.”
Step 3: Enter your Application Number, Date of Birth, and the Security Pin shown on the screen.
Step 4: Click on the Submit button.
Step 5: Your City Intimation Slip will appear on the screen.
Step 6: Download and save the PDF. You may also take a printout for your reference.
Please check all details on the slip carefully. If there is any issue or incorrect information, students must contact the NTA helpline immediately.
Why is the City Intimation Slip Important?
The city slip helps students prepare better. Many students may have to travel to a different city to take the exam. So, this slip gives them enough time to book tickets and arrange accommodation, if needed. It also reduces stress on the exam day. However, students must note that this is not the admit card. Without the proper admit card and a valid ID, no one will be allowed to enter the exam hall.

NTA has confirmed that the admit card for NEET UG 2025 will be available in the first week of May, most likely by May 1, 2025. The admit card will have:
