NDDB Recruitment 2022: Job Details

Employment Type - Full Time

Job Location - Gujarat

Educational Qualification

Candidates should have a degree in Agriculture/ Dairy Technology/  Veterinary Science / Basic Sciences / Engineering / Economics/ Commerce/ preferably with a Management background and with 20+ years of experience in which the applicant should have worked for at least five years in a senior position reporting to the Managing Director/Executive Director etc. 

The candidate must be a senior management professional who has experience in strategic, project & budget planning, implementation & execution of flagship programs of the company, appraisal, fund/portfolio management, knowledge of lending policies in the country, and funding by international agencies including preferably, those relating to the development sector. 

He or she should have the necessary knowledge of accounting, procurement procedures & tax laws.

Basic Salary of Executive Director

The basic salary of the Executive Director will be in the pay matrix 15 with a minimum basic of Rs. 1,82,200 per month. Allowances and other benefits will be payable as per the rules of NDDB.

Selection Process

The selection of candidates will be based on Written Exam or Personal Interview

Key roles & Responsibilities of Executive Director

​The person will be responsible for preparing the strategic organizational plan, giving guidance and monitoring implementation of strategic initiatives, budgeting & monitoring, formulating lending policy and framework for loans to the State Cooperative Dairy Federations / Milk Unions & institutions in the public sector, and also for providing strategic support to federations & unions.

Other tasks include coordination of various types of audits, finalization of accounts, appraising procurement systems & procedures, financial appraisal, securitization, loan documentation, risk assessment of borrowers, sanction/disbursement of funds & monitoring the financial performance of borrowers.
