Pay Scale- The fixed monthly contractual consideration of Rs 85,000/- plus PF
Age Limit- The maximum age limit as on 1st August 2022 should be 28 years old.
Period- The position is for a fixed term on a contractual basis of 3 years.
Job Responsibilities:

Designing and updating training materials and modules that are specifically tailored to the needs of the participants based on adult learning theory.

Engage in individual holistic learning while coordinating it with the institution’s vision, mission, and goals. evaluating the lessons learned during each session and connecting them to the overall training goals.

Actively comprehend, address, and incorporate the dairy industry in India's difficulties in both present and future learning ecosystems.

For Dairy Cooperatives/Producer Institutions, a structured procedure is used to determine training needs.

The creation of a yearly training calendar and ensuring that it is followed according to the allocated roles.

Coordination with academic institutions, progressive farmers, and the Dairy Cooperative Society (DCS) to plan participant field trips
-
Providing the participating agencies with top-notch training programs and leading sessions on their own as needed.

Support for participants' learning ecosystems and training procedures.

Coordinating upcoming training programs with dairy cooperatives and producer institutions.

Preparation of case studies to be used during training programs and the documentation of success stories and best practices.

Developing new initiatives for dairy stakeholders and using the knowledge in training programs.

recording of training reports on a quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis.

Any additional work is given by the group leader or reporting officer.
