Purshuttam Dhiman, a 1992 Batch Indian Forest Services (IFS) officer of the Madhya Pradesh Cadre, has been promoted to the prestigious position of Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (PCCF) in Madhya Pradesh. This significant achievement has brought great pride to his alma mater, Dr. YS Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry, Nauni.
Dhiman, a postgraduate from Dr. YS Parmar UHF Nauni, has extensive experience in forestry, rural development, and livelihoods. Since his initial posting in Bastar, he has been dedicated to connecting communities with mainstream development efforts.
University Vice Chancellor Prof. Rajeshwar Singh Chandel extended heartfelt congratulations to Dhiman on his elevation to PCCF, emphasizing how proud alumni in top administrative roles serve as inspiration for current students to excel in their respective fields.
