Applicants interested in the General Manager position must hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from a recognized university. A minimum of 12 years of experience in a managerial role within a government department, PSU, or cooperative is required.
Those applying for the General Manager (Finance & Audit) role should have qualifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA), ICWAI (ICMA), or an MBA in Finance. Experience in financial management, including budgeting, audits, and taxation, is essential. For the Manager (Legal) post, candidates need a full-time LLB degree recognized by the Bar Council of India, along with at least 10 years of experience in legal matters, including four years in a managerial position.
Additionally, the maximum age limit for appointment on deputation is 55 years as of the closing date for applications.
