MC Dominic, the Founder & Editor-in-Chief, Krishi Jagran along with Shiny Dominic, the Director of Krishi Jagran, met with Kailash Choudhary, Minister of State for Agriculture and Farmers' Welfare, and RG Agarwal, Founder Chairman of Dhanuka Agritech Ltd., to discuss various aspects of the upcoming program Jai Kisan Jai Vigyan Week from December 23-29, 2021.
Kailash Choudhary praised Krishi Jagran for hosting such an event that will help the crores of farmers in the country. He highlighted the enormous contribution of farmers to society, and how this special event, 'Jai Kisan Jai Vigyan Week,' will further honour the entire farming community for their hard work & dedication. RG Agarwal also appreciated the Krishi Jagran team and wished them all the best for the event.
About Programme:
As the event's title, Jai Kisan Jai Vigyan, suggests, this event will emphasize the importance of technology in agriculture and promote its use for the benefit of farmers. This event will consist of 9 programmes (2 physical events, 6 webinars, and 1 hybrid event) and will provide viewers with useful information on important agricultural topics. Several scientists and experts in the field of Agri Tech will be on hand to share their knowledge with the audience at this event.
This event will also commemorate the initiatives of Choudhary Charan Singh and Atal Bihari Vajpayee, two previous Prime Ministers of India who were deeply involved with Indian farmers and strongly supported the incorporation of modern technology in the agriculture industry.
