Latest Update on CBSE Class 10th Result 2019 !!!!

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) may declare the most-awaited class 10th results 2019 in the coming week, though there is still no clarity on the exact date. CBSE secretary Anurag Tripathi told Indian Express that "The results of Class 10th exam will be announced next week." Earlier there were reports that the CBSE class 10th results will be released on 5th May 2019.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) may declare the most-awaited class 10th results 2019 in the coming week, though there is still no clarity on the exact date. CBSE secretary Anurag Tripathi told Indian Express that "The results of Class 10th exam will be announced next week." Earlier there were reports that the CBSE class 10th results will be released on 5th May 2019.

Once CBSE class 10th results are declared, students can check their marks or scores on the official websites of the board - cbse.nic.in as well as cbseresults.nic.in.

This year, as many as 18.19 lakh students have appeared for the CBSE class 10th board examination 2019. The exams were held from 21st February to 29th March 2019. In 2018, the overall pass percentage for Class 10 students was 86.70 %.

Easy and simple method to check CBSE Board Class 10 Result 2019

Once the board officially releases class 10th result, the scores or marks will be available for the students on its official website. By following the steps given below candidates can quickly check their class 10 results 2019:

Step one – Go to the official websites of CBSE Board - cbse.nic.in or cbseresults.nic.in

Step two - Click on the Link that reads 'Click for CBSE Results'

Step three – Now, click tap CBSE Class 10 Results

Step four - Enter roll number, School No, Centre No and Admit Card ID very carefully.

Step five – Your Class 10 CBSE Board Results will be displayed on the screen. Check and Download the result for future use.

The CBSE class 10th result 2019 can also be viewed on other private websites like examresults.net, indiaresults.com and results.gov.in.

The board on 2nd May 2019 surprisingly declared Class 12th board exam 2019 results. The overall pass percentage in class 12 was 83.4 per cent. Following the trend, this year also girls have performed better than the boys with 88.7% qualifying in the exam. On the other hand, 79.4% boys qualified in the examination.

From this year onwards, the board has decided to drop five social science chapters from class 10th syllabus that include Challenges to Democracy’ & Political Struggles & Movements’ etc.
