Krishi Jagran’s 'MFOI, VVIF Kisan Bharat Yatra,' sponsored by Mahindra Tractors, is making significant strides in recognizing and empowering countless farmers across the nation. This visionary initiative aims to revolutionize the agricultural landscape by introducing farmers to the 'MFOI Awards,' celebrating their contributions and hard work. Currently touring Gujarat, the Yatra has been on the road for over 40 days, covering various districts and spreading awareness about the initiative.
The mission of the ‘MFOI, VVIF Kisan Bharat Yatra’ is to honour farmers, making them feel appreciated in their profession. By awarding them at the annual MFOI Awards mega event, Krishi Jagran aims to highlight their significant contributions to agriculture.
With this goal in mind, Krishi Jagran team has visited numerous villages and cities in past week, including Surat, Anand, Nadiad, Vadodara, Sabarkantha, Banaskantha, Rajkot, Dwarka, Panchmahal, Godhra, Tapi, Mahisagar, Ahmedabad, Bharuch, Jamnagar, Lunawada, Savala, Tareti, Visnagar, Jagarpura, Mahesana, and many others. During these visits, the team provided information about the Millionaire Farmer of India Awards and presented certificates of appreciation to progressive farmers, acknowledging their remarkable contributions to the agricultural sector.
Several people offered immense support during the Yatra, including Abhay Singh, Parth Bhai (Gram Sevak), Purvi Ben (Extension Officer), Limkheda Adivasi Farmer Producer, Patel Paresh Bhai, Kinal Bhai Patel (Gram Sevak), Amrit Lal Patel (Kisan Sangh Neta), Panch Agro Farmer Producer, Ranjit Bhai (Krushi Dhan Producer), Kiran Bhai Chaudhary, Haresh Bhai Patel, Ramesh Bhai Patel, and Uda Bhai Zala, among others.
Apart from recognizing farmers, the Yatra has also exposed them to the latest models of Mahindra Tractors, equipped with cutting-edge features designed to enhance productivity and efficiency. By introducing these innovative tools, the Yatra aims to catalyze positive change and foster sustainable growth in the agricultural sector.
Last year, the MFOI Awards hosted a mega event at PUSA, New Delhi, attracting over 38,000 farmer nominations from across India. Through the 'MFOI, VVIF Kisan Bharat Yatra', Krishi Jagran team is raising widespread awareness about the MFOI Awards, ensuring that more farmers can participate and be recognized for their contributions to agriculture.
