Kamlesh Nanasaheb Ghumare, also known as Jugaadu Kamlesh, is a farmer from Malegaon, Maharashtra, who has made a name for himself through his innovative spirit and entrepreneurial drive. Despite not having access to formal education or resources, Kamlesh has managed to create an impressive line of agricultural machinery that has revolutionized the way farmers work.

Kamlesh's journey began when he saw his father suffer from backaches due to the weight of the pesticide tanks he had to carry. This motivated Kamlesh to create a multipurpose bicycle that could perform pesticide spraying, seeding, and also carry luggage. He sourced all the raw materials for the bicycle from a local scrap dealer and spent seven years of hard work and dedication to create his invention.

What is remarkable about Kamlesh's journey is that he never let his lack of formal education stop him from pursuing his passion for innovation. He is a living example that with the right amount of determination, anyone can achieve their dreams.

Kamlesh's bicycle is made at a cost of Rs 8000 and he plans to retail it for Rs 12000. His pesticide trolley spray prototype, however, was not in its most refined stage and was not economical for farmers to buy as the manufacturing cost was around Rs 40,000 - Rs 50,000.

But, when he presented his prototype on Shark Tank India, one of the judges, Peyush Bansal, the CEO and founder of Lenskart, believed in Kamlesh's vision and offered him ₹10 Lakhs for 40% Equity & ₹20 Lakh debt 0% Interest to help develop his brand "KG Agrotech".

With the investment, Kamlesh was able to hire a designer to refine his pesticide trolley spray prototype. After a year of hard work and dedication, Kamlesh and his team have developed their first go-to-market version, which is more cost-effective and practical for farmers. Peyush Bansal took to social media to share the good news and shared a video where he had a chat with Kamlesh, Naru and the designers working on the project.

Kamlesh's journey is a reminder that innovation and entrepreneurship can come from anyone, regardless of their background or education. With passion, dedication, and a little support, anyone can turn their ideas into reality and make a positive impact in the world. It is inspiring to see how a small investment can make a big difference in someone's life and help them achieve their dreams. Kamlesh's success story should encourage others to follow their dreams and pursue their passions, no matter the odds.
