Speaking at the event, Atal Dulloo emphasized the importance of FPOs in the growth and development of the agriculture industry, as well as how they may help farmers double their revenue. According to the ACS, FPOs may play a critical role in increasing farmer income, creating job opportunities, and maintaining regional food security.

He also asked them to create farmer awareness seminars regarding the need of FPOs, as well as the necessary training for the development of these organizations.

During his speech, Dulloo told the FPO representatives that their issues would be addressed and that the government will provide all necessary help to FPOs in order for them to overcome their challenges.
