JEECUP Counselling 2025: The Joint Entrance Examination Council (Polytechnic), Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP) has officially started the registration process for the first round of counselling for admission to polytechnic diploma courses across the state. Candidates who qualified the JEECUP 2025 exam can now register online at the official website, jeecup.admissions.nic.in, starting today, June 27, 2025.
Key Counselling Dates and Process
Once registered, candidates are required to fill and lock their college choices by July 2, 2025. These choices will play an important role in the seat allotment process, which begins on July 3, 2025. Allotment will be based on both the candidates’ rank and their chosen preferences.
The counselling process will consist of seven rounds, with results declared after each round. This phased approach allows candidates multiple opportunities to secure a seat in their desired course and institution.
List of Documents Required
Candidates participating in the counselling must carry a set of essential documents to their allotted institute for verification. The documents required include:
-
JEECUP 2025 Admit Card
-
JEECUP 2025 Rank Card
-
Counselling Allotment Letter
-
Mark sheets and certificates of the qualifying examination
-
Character Certificate
-
Migration Certificate (if applicable)
-
Reservation Certificate (if applicable)
-
Two recent passport-size photographs
-
Domicile Certificate
-
Two sets of self-attested photocopies of all the above documents
It is recommended that candidates double-check all documents before reporting for verification to avoid any last-minute issues.
Post Allotment and Admission Procedure
Candidates who are allotted a seat must pay a seat acceptance fee of Rs 3,000. Following this, they are required to report to the designated verification centres with original and photocopied documents for offline verification.
The verification process is mandatory, and failure to report within the stipulated timeline will result in cancellation of admission. Candidates are advised to strictly adhere to all counselling deadlines and instructions.
This counselling process is a crucial step for securing admission into polytechnic diploma courses across Uttar Pradesh. JEECUP has advised all qualified candidates to stay updated through the official website and ensure all necessary steps are completed within deadlines to avoid disqualification.
