The National Testing Agency (NTA) is gearing up to release the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2025 notification, which will be available on its official websites, nta.ac.in and jeemain.nta.nic.in. Interested candidates can submit their applications online once the registration process opens. The JEE Main exam is anticipated to take place in January and April 2025.

According to NTA’s latest updates, the JEE Main 2025 registration process is expected to begin in early November 2024. Candidates who wish to participate in this competitive engineering entrance exam must fill out the online application form, with a fee of INR 1,000. The exam will be conducted in two separate sessions, and candidates can choose to appear in one or both sessions. The best score from either session will be considered for admission to B.Tech programs for the academic year 2025-26.

As per usual practice, the NTA is expected to release the official JEE Main 2025 information brochure in the first week of November. Although there has been no formal confirmation from the NTA regarding the exact date, this follows the trend of previous years, where the notification typically comes out around the same time.

One notable change for the JEE Main 2025 is a revision in the exam pattern. The optional questions that were previously allowed in Section B have been removed. In earlier years, students could choose 5 out of 10 questions to answer in this section. However, starting with the 2025 exam, there will be only five questions, and all must be attempted.

The JEE Main 2025 remains one of the most critical examinations for students seeking admission to top engineering colleges in India, and applicants are advised to keep an eye on the official websites for the latest updates.
