IOCL Recruitment 2022: Vacancy Details
Only candidates who meet the qualifications listed on the official IOCL website – iocl.com – are eligible to apply for the positions of Graduate Engineers and Graduate Apprentice Engineers.
Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Metallurgical Engineering are among the departments where IOCL has openings.
IOCL Recruitment 2022: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have qualified for the GATE 2022 test conducted by IIT Kharagpur in one of the fields listed above; IOCL will only accept GATE 2022 marks.
Candidates must also have received a minimum of 65 percent (55 percent for SC, ST, and PwBD) in their B.E. or B.Tech Degree in the field they desire to apply for from a government or AICTE recognised college or university. For example, individuals who have taken GATE 2022 in Instrumentation and Electrical Engineering but have only completed a B.E. or B.Tech in Instrumentation Engineering may only apply for the Instrumentation Engineering post.
Candidates must also comply with the stated age limit. As of June 30, 2022, candidates in the General and EWS categories should not be older than 26 years old. Age relaxations will be granted to reserved candidates in accordance with government regulations.
