Selection Process of IOCL Non-Executive Posts:
The selection process will include Written Test and a Skill/Proficiency/Physical Test (SPPT) that will be of qualifying nature. Applicants will have to secure a minimum of 40 percent marks in the written test to qualify for further consideration. Minimum qualifying marks in the written test will be relaxed by 5 percent for applicants belonging to SC/ST/PwBD categories against reserved positions.
