Indian Railways is going to provide training to youth under rail skill development (Kaushal Vikas Yojana). The East Coast Railway zone will train 2,500 youths as part of the rail skill development scheme, as it has announced on Tuesday in an official statement.
Required Eligibility
The candidate must have following eligibility;

Age limit of the candidate: 18-35 years.

Candidates must have at least matriculation certificate.

Candidate must have Aadhaar card and a bank account to apply in the scheme.
*Candidates would be trained for free in three years in the East Coast Railway zone.
The training would be imparted to interested candidate for electrician, welding and fitter traders at Electric Loco Sheds in Angul and Visakhapatnam, Diesel Loco Shed in Visakhapatnam and also in carriage Repair Workshop in Mancheswar, according to the statement.

Application must be attached with self-attested copy of Matriculation Certificate showing clear birth date.

10th Marksheet.

Photo Identity Proof (Aadhar card/ Voter ID/ Driving License)
*If these mandatory documents are not attached with the form, the application will be rejected. The selection of the trainees will be on the basis of merit and marks obtained in 10th class.
Other details:

The course will consist of 100 hours of training, spanning across three weeks.

The Training classes will be held from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on weekdays.

While on Saturdays, training classes will be held from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
