Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will receive Time Related Continuity Allowance (TRCA) with an annual increment of 3%. The salary structure is as follows:

Assistant Branch Postmaster (ABPM) / Dak Sevak: Rs 10,000 – Rs 24,470 per month.
Additionally, GDS employees are entitled to Dearness Allowance (DA), Gratuity, and a Service Discharge Benefit Scheme similar to the National Pension System.
