Good news for candidates who want to apply for IIT JAM 2025 Counselling! The Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (IIT Delhi) has extended the last date to register for the counselling process. This gives applicants a little more time to complete their forms and participate in the admission procedure for postgraduate programs.
New Last Date for Registration
The deadline to register on the JAM Online Admission Portal System (JOAPS) was earlier April 9, 2025, but it has now been extended to April 11, 2025. Candidates who want to join MSc, MTech, PhD, and other programs offered by IITs and other participating institutes must complete their application before this new date.
Important: No applications will be accepted after April 11, 2025.

How to Apply for IIT JAM 2025 Counselling: Step-by-Step Guide
Follow these steps to apply for the counselling process:
Step 1: Visit the official website: jam2025.iitd.ac.in
Step 2: Click on the ‘JOAPS 2025’ link to open the admission portal.
Step 3: Register yourself by entering your name, email, mobile number, and other required details.
Step 4: Once you are registered, log in using your username and password.
Step 5: Fill out the application form carefully with all necessary academic and personal details.
