Panel discussions' plenary sessions would include academic, business, and public policy experts (government officials). Keynote addresses from senior government officials would serve as examples of the current state-of-the-art in these sectors, focusing on project scaling and scope.
Additionally, invited sessions will showcase joint collaboration experiments utilizing various Data Driven technologies in healthcare, mobility/transportation, sustainable buildings, agriculture, disaster management, and issues unique to India.
Among the well-known organizations participating in the conference are Dr. Reddy's, Optum, ZEDF, Stellantis, Intel, and CARE India (previously the Gates Foundation).
One of the event's main organizers and the moderator of the plenary sessions, Prof. Ramesh Loganathan from IIIT Hyderabad, said, "We encourage more representatives interested in working in these niche areas to participate and add value to these round-table discussions. I am confident there is enough talent to allow others to leave their mark."
Since its launch in 2020 as a component of Telangana Year of the AI effort, INAI (Applied AI Research Centre) and IHub-Data (TIH and NM-ICPS) at IIIT Hyderabad (IIITH) have made noteworthy advancements in the focus domains of Mobility and Healthcare. Several of these initiatives include Initiative iRASTE (intelligent Solutions for Road Safety through Technology and Engineering). Telangana employs Artificial Intelligence & ADAS technologies to increase their impact and revolutionize road safety. Researchers, academics, and start-ups in India can test algorithms or methods for in-vehicle navigation, data collection, or anything related to Indian roads and research using the Bodhyaan car data capture platform.
Initiated at IIIT Hyderabad in partnership with CSIR-IGIB, MicroLabs [Next generation sequencing for pandemic preparedness] aids in bringing genomic surveillance for communicable diseases to the point of Care (POC). The International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad (IIITH) is an independent research university established in 1998. It focuses on the fundamental fields of information technology, such as computer science, electronics, and communications, as well as how these fields are applied in other fields through interdisciplinary research with a larger social impact.
Data engineering, VLSI and Embedded Systems, Computer architecture, Wireless communications, Algorithms and Information Security, Robotics, Building Science, Earthquake Engineering, Cognitive Science, Computational Natural Sciences and Bioinformatics, Education Technologies, Power Systems, IT in Agriculture, and e-Governance are a few of the research areas it focuses on.
